The great thing about our 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 lessons is how quickly children learn to swim. But what comes next, once they've completed the award scheme? For many young swimmers, the jump to a competitive club is too much. That's where Bluefins comes in, helping them keep progressing while holding on to the love of swimming and the family environment they discovered at Happy Fins.
🐬 Refining technique
Good technique helps confident swimmers keep improving. In every club session, the teacher guides each swimmer and makes sure their technique is up to scratch as they get faster and stronger.
🐬 Building stamina
Swimming is one of the exercises that uses the most muscle groups, so building stamina takes time in the water and plenty of repetition. Our 45-minute club sessions give swimmers plenty of time for both, with lots of lengths to strengthen the right muscles.
🐬 Fun and friendship
Alongside the lengths and technique work, it wouldn't be Happy Fins if they weren't having fun too. Our current club swimmers love the social side of Bluefins, and the friendships they've made at the club.

We're here to do more than teach strokes. Happy Fins creates an environment where children feel comfortable, supported and genuinely happy to be in the pool.
Small classes, hands-on teaching
Up to two children per teacher in 1-to-1, 2-to-1 and SEND lessons.
Baby classes have a 6-to-1 ratio, with grown-ups in the water and a teacher guiding the class.
