Confidence in the water from the very start
A happy start to swimming can lead to a lifetime of loving the water, and our baby swimming lessons give your little one that positive experience from their very first splash. With you there to support them, the water becomes a familiar, happy place where they can grow in confidence.
These sessions are perfect for bonding, too. Skin-to-skin contact in the water strengthens emotional connections and trust, and UK studies show it can reduce infant stress. We plan each lesson with that closeness in mind, making your time together special.
What our baby swimming lessons look like
Each week's lesson has its own theme, so your little one always has something new to look forward to. The skills stay consistent and build gradually from week to week, because young children learn through repeating movements and experiences.
🐳 Weekly, 30-minute lessons
Lessons run once a week for 30 minutes, 42 weeks of the year. You'll be in the water with your baby throughout, in a small class of no more than six babies, so your teacher can ensure you all get clear guidance.
🐳 A child-centred approach
Your child comes first, not the teacher's agenda. Every child learns at their own pace, so there's no rush. Our teachers are trained to respond to each child with strong teaching points and gentle guidance, which we believe helps them reach their goals sooner than a purely skills-based approach.

Our instructors form lasting bonds with the children they teach. They take time to get to know you and your child, celebrate progress with you, and help you feel part of a caring community from your very first lesson.

Small classes, hands-on teaching
Up to two children per teacher in 1-to-1, 2-to-1 and SEND lessons.
